Accommodation policies:
Rates based on a minimum 6 night stay.
15% lodging is applied, and a small cleaning charge (Studio: $75, 1 BR: $100, 2 BR: $150).
No additional “booking fees”, “service fees”, “host fees”, “damage insurance fee”, damage deposit, etc, or any other hidden fees.
Payments accepted: check, PayPal, Zelle, cash or major credit cards.
Guests can pay in full at time of booking or make a 50% deposit. If a deposit, the remaining 50% is due 1 month prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy:
St. Croix is a destination with limited flights, usually booked well in advance, and replacing late cancellations is very difficult.
- more than 60 days before arrival: full refund of any payments
- 30-60 days before arrival: half of total is forfeited
- less than 30 days before arrival: full amount is forfeited
We are a relaxing retreat catering to couples and adult families and regretfully are unable to accommodate children under 6 years old.
