Cane Bay Sanctuary St Croix villa rental
This stunning rental is a 2 bd, 2 bath private home where you can totally relax and sleep to the sounds of crashing waves just out your window. Super outside dining on the deck above the waves, as well as table in the kitchen overlooking the sea.
The bedrooms are large, oceanfront facing and have A/C. The main bedroom upstairs has an ensuite bathroom and 2 decks offering spectacular views. The 2nd downstairs bedroom is also large and with spectacular seaviews. It also has an outdoor sitting area and deck.
The villa has high speed Internet, a smart TV. The villa runs on 100% solar power and collects and uses rain water. Eco-conscious hand soaps, dishwashing soap and laundry soap are provided for you, and there are 3 huge filters and an UV filter so the water from the tap is clean and pure.
Cane Bay beach is nearby, within walking distance from the house or a very short drive. We supply beach chairs, beach towels and coolers. This beach is one of the most popular beaches in St. Croix, with its famous “Wall” that drops down 2000 feet not too far off the shore. Lots of sea life abounds, including turtles, sea rays, tropical fish, coral and even sometimes you’ll see dolphins here. It’s a calm beach popular for families with children.
If golf is more your thing, there is the Carambola Golf Club, conveniently located just down the road, about a 10 minute drive. The course here was designed by Robert Trent Jones.
Cane Bay is home to a number of great restaurants and bars, so you’ll never be far away from a good island meal or snack, if you prefer to eat out.
The owner lives in a separate near-by cottage, with friendly dogs, and is always available to help with anything you might need.

Walking through the gate at Cane Bay Sanctuary took our breath away! The view across the pool out to the ocean was stunning! Once inside the house, the views out to the ocean from the kitchen and bedrooms were mesmerizing! Even more amazing, are the sunsets and stargazing from the crow’s nest! Great place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail at night!
The house, pool and property were all well maintained and very clean! All furniture (indoor and outdoor) as well as bedding was exceptionally comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated with a well-appointed kitchen. The house has everything you need to enjoy the beach – chairs, towels, beach bags and coolers. The covered patio area off the kitchen provided an excellent outdoor area for dining and relaxation. The pool area provided a very relaxing environment along with a covered area for shade.
Jill was an exceptional host! She provided outstanding recommendations for restaurants and places to snorkel. She truly was a pleasure to work with throughout the booking process and our stay. She is very respectful of the privacy of her guests as are Cyrus and Whiskey. These two super sweet dogs are so adorable you will want to take them home with you!
