Duggan’s Reef restaurant is family-owned and operated since 1983. It is a treasured island classic, and generally considered to be St. Croix’s finest seafood restaurant. The Duggan’s Reef dress code is smart casual. Shorts are allowed but shirts with collars are preferred. No beachwear. Sundresses are perfect for ladies.
Keep in mind that sometimes there can be mosquitos, so if you’re in shorts use some spray. Also in winter it can get windy and chilly at its waterfront location in the evening, so bring along a light jacket or sweater just in case.
