Accommodation policies:
Rates based on a minimum 6 night stay.
Only 15% tax and small $100 cleaning charge is applied. No “booking fees”, “service fees”, “host fees”, damage deposit, or any other hidden fees.
Payments accepted: check, PayPal, Zelle, cash or major credit cards.
Guests can pay in full at time of booking or make a 50% deposit. If a deposit, the remaining 50% is due 1 month prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy:
- more than 60 days before arrival: full refund of any payments
- 30-60 days before arrival: half of total is forfeited
- less than 30 days before arrival: full amount is forfeited
We understand emergencies happen in life and we always work in good faith to accommodate changes wherever possible. Just please keep in mind that St. Croix is a destination with limited flights, usually booked well in advance, so replacing late cancellations is very difficult.
We are unable to accommodate children under 5 years old.
St. Croix short-term rentals, long-term rentals or month-to-month rentals are possible – please inquire.
