I can proudly say I have stayed at Villa 4 times over the past 10 years in their studio suite and I truly can’t say enough wonderful things. The hosts have changed a few times, they’re always great, but the ones there now are so nice, helpful and they keep the place in top shape! You fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. This past time was my boyfriend’s 50th birthday and they provided a “happy birthday” set up for him which was beyond host requirement and so sweet of them. I stayed at the Villa in the two-bedroom apartment with a friend for a week in January. We will be coming back - it is such a tranquil and beautiful place. The apartment was great, and the care takers Doug and Rebecca were great. Waking up in the morning and sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean and feeling the breeze was perfect. Villa Margarita is amazing and we will definitely be staying here when we get back to St. Croix.  The location is fantastic.  It is right on the water, but centrally located more or less on the island.  We found that it was easy to explore all of St. Croix without too much driving; as well as needing groceries or just headed out for dinner.  The space itself was very accommodating.  The hosts were excellent and went above and beyond. They provided us with everything we could need to enjoy our trip.  They were also super helpful for any island information (Doug grew up on the island).  The space is clean and we found it enjoyable to just have the windows open so that we could get the breeze and hear the waves.  There is an AC unit if necessary, but we never turned ours on (7 day stay).  We also found that the kitchen and deck were plenty to accommodate our family of four for breakfasts and making lunch.  The grill and pool were an added bonus.  We had not really planned on using the pool much, but our kids loved coming back and jumping in for even more swimming after time at the beach - we got to lounge at the tiki bar, which is adjacent to the pool. Villa Margarita is truly beyond amazing! This little slice of heaven captured my heart 15 years ago, and I’ve dreamed of returning ever since. My husband and I finally made it back for our second stay, and—God willing—we’ll be back again one day.

The beauty of this place is simply unmatched, but what makes it even more special are the hosts, Doug and Rebecca. They couldn’t be kinder or more welcoming, and their love for the Villa, the island, and the animals is evident in everything they do. Their son Aiden, at just 15, is already well on his way to becoming an incredible ambassador for both Villa Margarita and St. Croix. We had a great time staying at Villa Margarita.   The view is beautiful, and the waterfront had no sargassum (the seaweed washing up on some beaches).  The room was very clean and even came with some snacks.  The kitchen was well stocked.  The property managers were great.  They really tried to make sure everyone had everything they needed.   I mentioned not having a broom to clean up some sand I tracked into the room, and a few hours later, there was a new broom leaning up against the room door.  Their website has tons of information on St. Croix.  The only downside is that room availability doesn’t show online, and you have to email to get it. Absolutely beautiful location, magical views! Me and my man loved the hosts Rebecca and Doug, they are warm and inviting but still gave us plenty of space to do our thing. The location is right in the middle of Christiansted and Fredericksted. The Villa itself is right on the beach, which although it is a little rocky we enjoyed walking down there almost every day of our stay, before venturing off. The 1 bedroom suite is spacious and served all of our needs. The pool area has a self serve Tiki bar and was delightful to hang out there and go for an afternoon dip. Fantastic stay at Villa Margarita! The views are incredible. Even the bathroom has a stunning view of the sunrise. We stayed in the East end one bedroom suite. It was well stocked with everything you need to have a good time. Beach towels, bags, coolers, and umbrellas. The Villa is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and outdoor bar. The breeze off the ocean was incredible. I'm going to miss sleeping with the screen doors open and hearing the waves at night. The on-site managers Carl and Amanda are very kind and welcoming. The beach in front is very rocky and we were warned that swim shoes are recommended. We didn't bring ours so we didn't try snorkeling in front of the house.
