This home with 4 bedrooms all having private bathrooms is very comfortable for a large family.
We had 3 generations and all had plenty of private space. The open great room is perfect for getting together. The views and privacy can’t be beat.

The property was spectacular, even better than we expected. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The beach and reef access was a huge plus and we snorkeled a ton. Lots of sea turtles and rays that you could watch from the pool! Austin was so helpful and they had a delicious meal waiting when we arrived. Will definitely be returning as soon as possible. A beautiful, well designed house perfect for a group. The location was great with a large pool and a perfect kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay. Villa Santa Cruz – 11/19-26/22
The Villa is in a good location, north central, and was clean and well maintained. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and we enjoyed watching the waves role in from the many northside windows. The special attributes exceeding our expectations were Austin, the Property Manager, meeting us at the airport to lead us to the Villa and then explain all the details; the hors d’oeuvres provided by the owner; Austin’s wife, Chef Jay, catered three of our meals including a full Thanksgiving dinner, all arriving on time, well prepared, hot and ready to eat. The home is spacious with 4 BRs, a den, a large kitchen, dining area and family room, a nice size pool, pool table and exercise room. The generator was needed periodically and worked well. The owner and staff were very responsive. We would definitely want to stay there again. Published Nov 29, 2022
