Green Cay With Envy St Croix has over 3000 square feet in open floorplan, with tasteful furnishings and unbeatable ocean views. A great location only minutes from downtown Christiansted in the private Green Cay area in St. Croix.
This luxury Green Cay villa provides all the comforts of home but with the additional attraction of being literally steps away from not one but 3 stunning St. Croix beaches (Prune Bay, Chenay Bay & Coakley Bay). Green Cay Beach is also nearby, as is Green Cay Marina with its shops, restaurants, and of course Green Cay Marina boat tours, charter sailing and boating opportunities.
Host up to six persons in 4 BR: two king BR plus two queen BRs 2. There is also access to balconies & patios from 3 separate bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms which have been recently renovated.
A/C is available in the bedrooms, while there are ceiling fans in every room, including bathrooms, to provide gentle cooling. Smart TVs are available in the living room and in three bedrooms, while a big kitchen area will provide all you need to cook and entertain.
The villa has a large inside dining table which seats seats up to 10 people, and two outdoor patio tables. We also have an outdoor as gas grill, bar, and washer and dryer.
NB. This villa is near to Green Cay Island, a unique small island just off the shore of Green Cay Marina, and is home to the Green Cay National Wildlife Reserve. This federally-protected wildlife habitat is a unique home and breeding ground for a number of endangered species, most prominently the St. Croix ground lizard, a small, exotic blue-striped lizard which is among the rarest lizards in the entire world.
