Not all the villas are the same. Some have better views, and some no view. Some have renovated bathrooms and kitchen, and some are quite old (but still clean). Most have renovated pools, but at least one doesn’t (and that’s a big problem because of chipped tiles that can be the enemy of bare feet). Some have sliding screens, and some do not (and that’s a big problem because mosquitos will haunt you 24/7). The outdoor furniture is of varying quality and age. Many other subtle differences (pool floats, kitchen equipment, beds, etc.). Definitely insist on a villa with a renovated pool and sliding screens on all doors.

What is the normal check-in time and check-out time?
It varies by owner but usually check-in is between 2-4 pm and after while checkout is 10am-12 noon. Exceptions can always be made, especially if there is not a new guest arriving on the same day.

Each condo usually has one reserved parking spot outside it. For additional parking, guests can park their cars in the lower level parking area near the tennis courts.
What is the cancellation policy?
