Villa Yellow Coconut St. Croix is a beautiful East End hilltop home with spectacular views over the Caribbean Sea, Altona Lagoon & the North Shore. The home has been featured in Architectural Digest. Manicured grounds, bougainvilleas, large palm trees, plants, and many other tropical flowering plants and trees provide a true tropical experience. The villa entrance has a large area for parking. When you open the front door, you will notice the breezeway leads you to the large, saline heated pool, as well as the master bedroom suite, and the remainder of the house. The pool at Yellow Coconut Villa is kept at a comfortable 86 degrees year round. There are no stairs anywhere in the house, which makes the villa ideal for anyone with mobility issues.
A master bedroom suite is separate from the rest of the house. French doors open into a lounge / dining area which overlooks the pool. The master has a king bed, new nightstands, ceiling fan and a 40″ TV. It also has a bath/jacuzzi tub and tiled shower. 2 guest bedrooms have queen beds, nightstands, fans and TVs. One guest bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower.
The villa features a large kitchen, living and dining areas with many places to sit and relax. The living and dining areas have comfortable seating for eating, drinking, watching TV, or just hanging out. The kitchens are well equipped with refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, cookware, dishes, utensils, providing everything you need for cooking and dining.
Outside is a large pool and pool deck area with six lounge chairs for enjoying the sun and superb sea views. There’s also a covered outdoor seating outside the dining room and master suite when you want to get out of the sun.
The Yellow Coconut Villa St. Croix is located 2 miles or less from Christiansted and all its shops and restaurants. There’s also nearby beaches, snorkeling, diving, golfing, and a marina for boating and sailing, and many restaurants.

Perfect location and wonderful villa!
We (me, my husband, our teenaged son, his friend, and my mother) stayed for a week in June. Beautiful home in a perfect location. It’s close to East End destinations and to Christiansted, and only 35 minutes to Rainbow Beach. Communication with the hosts was seamless, and the property manager, Jamie, could answer any question we had and made sure our stay was perfect. She really goes above and beyond, and has extensive knowledge of the island. I was worried that the 2nd bathroom was connected to one of the two other (non-primary) bedrooms, but there is a separate entrance to the main living area. Meaning: nobody has to enter a bedroom to access that bathroom. The entire property was extremely clean. We didn’t see an insect in the house all week, despite keeping the doors open every time we were “home” in order to enjoy the breeze. That’s really saying something for this part of the world! The pool is large for a private home and we enjoyed it very much. We would definitely stay here again as a family. It was our fifth time on St. Croix and Yellow Coconut has been our favorite rental so far. Thanks, Brian, Denyse, and Jamie! Stayed 7 nights in Jun 20230

The owners are so wonderful to work with and Jamie is the best!! She kept us informed and made sure all needs were met. We were welcomed with rum punch on our first day. The house was absolutely beautiful and great location for the east end. My granddaughter who is five was able to enjoy the pool and I was able to relax looking at a beautiful view. It made leaving the house hard to head to the beach! They provided beach and pool towels, beach chairs for when you do take those trips to the beach. The process of washing off salt and sand was easy with the garden hose that was easily accessible. This home is VERY well equipped with everything you need for your vacation. If you are looking to relax in a great house this is the place and I can’t wait to come back!! Stayed 7 nights in May 20230

Simply the best
My partner and I stayed at the Yellow Coconut last year and had the best time. The house is perfect. The location is perfect. Brian and Denise are perfect. And Jamie is perfect. We were itching to get back again this year, and thankfully, we did. And this trip was just as sublime, thanks to the Yellow Coconut and all the care and effort that Brian, Denise, and Jamie clearly put into it. It really is as good as it gets, if not better. Great stay and location
House was great, location was terrific. Close to Christiansted and far enough away for privacy. Jamie the manager was great and responsive to questions and offered us different tips/ideas through out the week and a lovely parting gift. The view was incredible! Beautiful sunsets nightly. Pool was warm and nice. The house was extremely well equipped. We rent houses on most of our vacations and this one was the best equipped yet! Great stay, will rent again when returning. Totally worth it!
This house is awesome. The view and pool are absolutely amazing! Communication with the owners and the manager, Jamie couldn’t have been better, very responsive, had great suggestions, helpful when our flight was canceled, allowed late check out since they didn’t have anyone coming the next day. Beautiful property, nice touch with the details such as plenty of beach towels and sunscreen and bug spray, Yeti coolers which were great for day trip to buck island and Fredrickstead, very comfortable beds and pillows, fully stocked kitchen Books they’ve created with nice suggestions and summaries. Two small things I would suggest, the iguana was a pain swimming in the pool and they stink. I don’t know if they can be relocated? I know that’s a tough one that’s kind of out of your control. Thanks for being cool about us breaking the skimmer trying to get him out. Also, I would get more comfortable furniture for the living room, chairs and couch very stiff, but we really never wanted to be inside with such a fantastic outside. Stayed 7 nights in Apr 20230

Absolutely stunning
I have never stayed in a home as perfect as this. The gorgeous photos in the listing do not do this property justice. Everything from the view to the home itself is absolutely immaculate. You could stare at the view for hours and it will never get old. The cross breeze with all the doors opened is just so relaxing and magical. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need…platters, utensils, cookingware, two grills, endless towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers… seriously everything you need for your vacation. Location is perfect as well. Easy 10 minute drive to Christianstead and 30 minutes to Frederiksted. The most amazing addition to the home was the house manager, Jamie. She met us at the home and walked us around the property, and made a point to stop by to say goodbye when we left. She checked in on us when a big storm rolled through, and responded right away with any questions we had during our stay. She has created the most informative guides for the beaches, restaurants and activities and all of her recommendations were fabulous! Jamie genuinely loves the Yellow Coconut and St. Croix and it makes the stay so much more enjoyable. You feel so welcomed; it was hard to leave! Stayed 7 nights in Apr 20230

Amazing place
This property made me a lover of St. Croix. Had never been before and it is not my favorite place in the Caribbean. This property is a big part, in the most beautiful part of the island and Jamie the property manager made sure we had everything we might want.
